Shuttle Boom Grease

The Mato Lube-Shuttle® Grease Guns. This air pressure operated grease spray unit enables the spraying of grease directly from the Lube-Shuttle®-System-Cartridge without the need for propellants or chemical additives such as solvents. Spraying grease on to chains, wire ropes, open gears, slideways, telescopic booms etc. offers enormous potential for cost savings. The wasteful application of grease is at an end: The wide range of uses is practically without limit. Note: This product is best used with IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 available in 12 x 400gm cartridges

We now also supply Lube-A-Boom Aerosols to compliment our IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 to provide a full range of solutions for applications on Cranes, Access and Lifting Equipment. These products include Lube-A-Boom Dry Film Aerosol, Lube-A-Gear Aerosol and our new Lube-A-Boom Insulator, a fully non-conductive lubricant for use on equipment operating in close proximity to electrical exposure. IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 Shuttle Cartridge (available in 12 x 400gm) is the cost effective way of lubing your boom. Firstly the grease is fully synthetic and charged with Teflon, leading to a product that will spray as a film and stick to your boom whilst working beautifully with the nylon wear pads on your crane. Note: Best used with the MATO LubeJet-Eco Grease Spray Gun

IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 (18 kg) can be applied by hand, brush or broom. Though, not as cost effective as using the Shuttle Boom Cartridge and Mato Lube-Shuttle® Grease Guns, you are still getting the unique Teflon charged synthetic boom grease. It is unmatched as a product and will offer a cost saving in grease replacement as IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 will last longer and out perform competitor products.

IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 (50kg) can be applied by hand, brush or broom. Though, not as cost effective as using the Shuttle Boom Cartridge and Mato Lube spray gun, you are still getting the unique Teflon charged synthetic boom grease. It is unmatched as a product and will offer a cost saving in grease replacement as IMPERIAL BOOMGREASE 2 will last longer and out perform competitor products.
